Tuition Payments

Tuition applications must be approved and on file before tuition can be paid. Tuition applications are available in each school office and in the Student Services Office. Tuition payments must be paid in full before your child is allowed to attend class. Because the district is charged a fee for accepting credit card transactions through Stripe, a 3.1% processing fee will be applied to all online tuition payments. Cash or check payments are not charged a processing fee and can be made at the BTCS Administration Building: 615 Martin Luther King Jr. Blvd. Bristol, TN 37620.
RATES 2025-2026:

Sullivan County Residents

1st Student in Family $ $700 per year or $350 per semester
2nd Student in Family $ $650 per year or $325 per semester
3rd Student in Family and any subsequent siblings $ $600 per year or $300 per semester

Students residing in Tennessee in Counties other than Sullivan

1st Student in Family - $900 per year or $450 per semester
2nd Student in Family - $850 per year or $425 per semester
3rd Student in Family and any subsequent siblings - $800 per year or $400 per semester

Out-of-State tuition

Tuition for out-of-state residents for the 2025-2026 school year is $12,970 per student or $6,485 per semester.
The 2025-2026 school year rate is based on the district's state expenditure report per student as required by state law.
